We would like to inform the students of the Department that the University of Patras (UPAT) operates a Students\u2019 Social Welfare Office, which offers services, such as Social Care, Psychological Support, Support in the Educational Process, Accessibility of Educational Materials, etc.The Social Welfare Office addresses students from vulnerable socially groups, whose participation in the academic life of the University is prevented because of social, psychological, and financial problems and \/or unforeseen events, as well as students with disabilities and\/or special educational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, our Department operates a Social Welfare Committee which is the connecting link between the Social Welfare Office of the University of Patras, and the Department\u2019s Social Welfare Committee (students, teaching, and administrative staff).
